What’s Included

Each design set configures:

Global Colors: Complete palette with 5 colors × 11 shades
Typography: Heading and body text presets
Spacing: Fluid spacing values (24 variables)
Border Radius: Consistent corner rounding
Selectors: Pre-built CSS classes

Installing a Design Set

Go to BreakMade in WordPress admin
Click Set Default Design Set
Select Layers (or your preferred set)
Confirm installation

All colors, typography, and variables are configured automatically.

Available Design Sets

Layers (Default)

The flagship BreakMade design set - clean, modern, and versatile. Suitable for any project type.

Additional design sets may be available depending on your license. Check your BreakMade dashboard.

Customizing After Installation

You can modify any design set values:

Colors: Use BreakMade’s color picker, save palette
Typography: Modify via Breakdance global settings
Custom CSS: Extend with your own styles using design set variables

Changes override defaults while keeping the variable structure.

Best Practices

New projects: Install design set before adding content
Existing projects: Test on staging first, review all pages after
With blocks/templates: Always install design set first - they depend on the variables
